Cousins!

Halloween was fun this year. Brady and Daddy went to a few houses in the neighborhood, while Macy and I watched out the window. Brady said Trick or Treat at all the houses, and said thank you to everyone who gave him candy. He was one happy little pirate! We took the kids over to a few friends houses and Brady was so tuckered out from all the excitement he crashed out in the car on the way home. He still asks almost everyday if we can go trick or treating again. Such a silly little guy!

4 months

It's hard to believe our baby girl is 4 months old already! She had her 4 month check-up on October 4th. She is healthy and growing like a weed. Macy is 25 1/2 inches long and weighs 15 lbs 7 oz. She is in the 90th percentile for both height and weight. Macy can now roll over from her tummy to her back. She's trying really hard to get from her back to her tummy, but she can't quite make it all the way over. She tries to hold her own bottle, but she usually ends up pulling it out of her mouth which makes her very mad. She hasn't figured out how to get it back in. Macy is a very happy baby. She smiles all the time and loves to laugh....especially at her big brother!

I love my baby sister!

Brady has proven to be a wonderful big brother. He loves to help out with Macy by giving her a bottle, getting her diapers, and rocking and singing to her. He makes her smile with his silly faces, and when she cries he goes up to her and says "it's OK Macy girl." He is very protective of his baby sister. The first thing he says to anyone who comes over is "don't touch the baby." He's so funny! He's really getting a hang of this big brother thing.

New Cousin!

Brady and Macy have a new cousin! His name is Colton and at 6 weeks old is still a little peanut. He is Chris' sister Tiffany's son. He's a cutie!

On Sunday, Macy and I went to my cousin Julie's baby shower. Macy was such a good girl! Everyone commented on how quiet, content and of course beautiful she was! Julie is having a baby girl, so Macy will have a new playmate, just a few months younger than her. What fun!

Papa Boo

Papa Boo came to visit from Arizona and got to meet his newest Great Grandbaby, Macy. He will be moving back next month and we can't wait! I'm so glad Brady and Macy will be able to spend more time with their Great Grandpa.

There it is!!

Macy had her 2 month appointment on Monday and did great. She only cried a little during the yucky shots. Such a brave girl! So far, Macy is taking after her big brother. She is 23 inches long and weighs 12 lbs 10 oz. She is in the 50th percentile for her height and 75th for weight. Big girl!!
