More Conversations w/ Brady

Brady was outside using his new sidewalk chalk the other day. He comes running into the house and we have the following conversation:

Brady: Mom, I'm drawing with my chalk and I need the decorations.

Me: OK (hand him the animal stencils that came with it)

Brady: No Mommy...not those. I need the decorations.

Me: I don't know what decorations you're talking about. These are the only ones that came with the chalk.

Brady: The decorations....it's a piece of paper and it shows you how to draw the pictures.

Me: OH...OK...the directions? Here you go.

Me: No, what?

Brady: Close your eyes and I'll show you.

The kids had a great time at their birthday party this weekend. Thank you everyone for joining us to celebrate!

Water Fight!!

Brady got some new water guns, so we had to try them out. Brady definitely had the advantage, as Macy kept shooting herself in the face. We had lots of fun and are loving the beautiful weather!

Birthday Boy!

Mr. Brady turned 4 on Thursday. I can't believe how fast he's growing up. We took him to eat at Chuck E Cheese and then came home so he could enjoy his present. A new Spiderman bike!

The kids had a blast coloring and hunting eggs this year! The Easter Bunny was very good to them. I think they might have eaten a little too much Easter candy though...they were bouncing off the walls when we got home!
